PLASTIC 3D PRINTING
Why Choose 3D Printing?
3D printing technologies or Additive Manufacture are best known for using plastic materials in 3D printing. They are presented in several forms; either as filaments, powders or resins which are then placed in the 3D printer. In these technologies, there are many varieties of plastics and of different characteristics for each of your projects. 3D printing with plastics offers many options for engineering-grade materials, elastomers, and composites. Do you need flexibility? Strength? Our 3D parts are available in a range of high-performance, resistant plastics and we can print parts up to 90cm x 60cm x 90cm long. Contact us as we have a wide variety of 3D printing technologies like FDM, SLS, SLA, Powder Bed Fusion

Not sure which 3D Printing Technology or Material to use?

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM or FFF)
In this technology, a plastic or wax material is extruded through a nozzle that traces the part's cross-sectional geometry layer by layer. With this technology, we can print on PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC and also thermoplastics like ULTEM or PEEK. We can print on this technology up to 24″ x 36″ x 36″
SLA or Photopolymerization
An additive manufacturing process in which liquid photopolymer in a vat is selectively cured by light-activated polymerization, we can print parts on standard resin, tough resing, high-temperature resin, flexible resin, engineering resin, and more. This process is also known as Stereolithography with a built envelope up to 29” x 25” x 21” on low resolution and 10” x 10” x 10” on high resolution
Material Jetting
Also known as polyjet, is an additive manufacturing process in which droplets of build material are selectively deposited. Also with this technology, you can print on several colors and combine different textures.
Powder Bed Fusion (SLS or HP Multijet Fusion)
With this technology, you can print either plastics or metals, this additive manufacturing process consent in thermal energy selectively fuses regions of the powder bed. Most plastics materials on this technology are Nylon based which includes PA12, PA11, PA12 with glass filled, PA6, PP, Alumide, TPU, and combinations of them.
On this technology, we can help you print either with HP Multijet Fusion Technology (print up to 15” x 11” x 15” parts ) or SLS (Selective Laser Sintering capable of printing up to 26" x 15" x 23" ).
